What is your typical lead/production time?
The lead time is usually 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on the order. St. Tammany keeps common materials in stock in order to offer rush processing if needed; orders (or parts of orders) can usually be shipped out same day if necessary.
What kind of prices do you charge?
St. Tammany puts effort into getting each customer a fair price for the materials ordered. Before we are able to quote a price, we need to compile information about the order. In order to compute a price, the quantity, materials, sizes, and printing options need to be discussed. Once St. Tammany knows the specifics of the project, St. Tammany is able to figure out how much it will cost to manufacture, and then finds the best freight price from one of its many shipping partners.
I prefer a specific freight company; can I request St. Tammany to use this company to ship my materials?
Yes. St. Tammany is interested in taking care of the customer’s needs in whatever way possible.
What is your minimum or maximum quantity for manufacturing?
